For those who want to raise the company’s level

Hours on the phone. Payroll in the office. No Excel in between.

Stop running the operation on WhatsApp. Give the team a system with your brand: technicians clock in with four buttons, the office closes payroll and knows what to bill each client.

The problem

Outsourcing and field-service companies waste time, money and image reconciling what the technician did with what you pay and what you bill. Raising the bar means stopping the improvisation.

Hours in chat or on paper

Month-end turns into an argument. Hours go missing. Payroll is born from a copy-paste.

Clock-in disconnected from billing

Knowing someone arrived is not enough. You need hours per client to invoice — and that still lives in another file.

Documents and housing elsewhere

IDs about to expire, residence permits, rents for housed crews: inspection surprises and hidden costs.

Who it is for

Not another shared tool. It is your operation’s system — with your face on it — for owners and offices that have outgrown Excel.

Look like a serious company

Technicians use your company’s tool, with your logo and colours. It stops looking like a WhatsApp group.

Control without chasing the crew

The Operations Manager sees late arrivals in the morning. The office sees hours, payroll and what to bill. Each in their place.

Month-end without the argument

Payroll is born from real hours. The month closes. No more copying numbers from chat and debating what was worked.

One group, one system

Several legal companies in the same place, reports split. Your data is never mixed with another customer’s.

Three access levels, one system

Technicians never see salaries. The Operations Manager never sees tax IDs or IBANs. The office does not run the job-site phone.

Owner, admin, payroll

Records, payroll, hours per client, reports, company housing and document alerts.

Field supervisor

Today’s late arrivals, team timesheets, technician accounts and passwords, WhatsApp contact.

Employee on the phone

Clock in, break, clock out. Monthly sheet. PDF. Four buttons — no app store.

What changes

Hours per client, ready to bill

You bill from the system, not from a WhatsApp group. Export-ready listings.

Payroll from real hours

Advances, social security and extras go into the calculation. A closed month is not casually rewritten.

The brand is yours

Logo, colours and name on the technicians’ site. They feel they work in an organised company.

Your data, your environment

Isolated installation. Payroll, tax IDs and IBANs do not live in software shared with strangers.

Built for Portugal and Spain

Portuguese and Spanish, euro, NIF and CIF. Not a weak translation of a US HR suite.

Housing and documents on the radar

Company houses, occupancy and costs. Alerts when a document is about to expire — fewer inspection surprises.

Extra · Intelligent Assistant

The office and the Operations Manager ask in plain language: late arrivals, hours, what to bill, documents about to expire. No hunting through menus. Technicians do not get an assistant on the phone — their clock-in stays four buttons.

It is an extra, not part of the core. It only reads and interprets numbers the system already calculated: it does not change payroll or create accounts. We cover it in the quote if it fits your operation.

  • Who was late today?
  • How many hours did we do for this client this month?
  • Has payroll for this period been generated?
  • Which documents expire this month?

A month in the company

  1. The office registers the technician

Role, hourly rate, clients and document expiry.

  2. The Operations Manager creates access

Sends the short link. The technician opens it on the phone.

  3. The technician clocks in on site

Picks the client, clocks in, breaks, clocks out. No skipped steps.

  4. The day is supervised

Late arrivals show up in the morning. WhatsApp in one tap.

  5. The month is closed

The technician submits the sheet. They can keep the PDF.

  6. Pay and bill

The office generates payroll and the per-client listing.

FAQ

Does this replace the payroll spreadsheet?+

Yes for hours, payroll and per-client listings. It does not replace your accountant or invoicing software.

Do technicians need to install an app?+

No. It opens in Chrome or Safari on the phone. You send the link. Four buttons: in, break, end break, out.

Is our data mixed with other companies?+

No. Each customer gets their own environment, brand and access. It is your company’s system.

Does it work in Spain?+

Yes. Spanish language, euro and CIF. The product was built for the Iberian Peninsula.

What if we have two legal companies in the group?+

One installation is enough. Payroll and reports split by company. You do not pay for two systems.

How long until we are live?+

Implementation and training in days, not months. We configure brand and access; the office registers people and clients.

Can our end client (the factory) log in?+

Not in this phase. You invoice from the hours listing. There is no portal for the end client.

What is the Intelligent Assistant?+

An extra for the office and the Operations Manager: they ask the hours and payroll in plain language. Technicians do not get an assistant on the phone. It is not part of the core — we discuss it in the quote if you want it.
